The User will have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. It will be as easy to withdraw consent as it is to give it. As a general rule, withdrawal of consent will not condition the use of the Site.

Purposes for which personal data is processed
Personal data is collected and managed by FabelTales for the purpose of facilitating, expediting, and fulfilling the commitments established between the Site and the User, or maintaining the relationship established in the forms the latter fills out, or responding to a request or inquiry.

Personal data will only be kept for the minimum time necessary for the purpose of the processing, and in any case only for the following period: 1 year, or until the User requests its deletion.
At the time personal data is obtained, the User will be informed of the period for which the personal data will be kept or, where this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period.

Confidentiality and security of personal data
FabelTales undertakes to implement the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the security level appropriate to the risk of the data collected, so that the security of personal data is guaranteed and the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed, or unauthorized communication of or access to such data, is prevented.
The Site has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that personal data is transmitted securely and confidentially, as the transfer of data between the server and the User, and vice versa, is fully encrypted.
However, since FabelTales cannot guarantee the impenetrability of the internet or the total absence of hackers or others who may fraudulently access personal data, the Data Controller undertakes to inform the User without undue delay when a breach of personal data security is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Rights arising from the processing of personal data
The User has rights against FabelTales and may therefore exercise the following rights, recognized in the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights:
- Right of access: it is the User's right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not FabelTales is processing their personal data and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that FabelTales has carried out or is carrying out, as well as, among other things, available information about the origin of said data and the recipients of communications made or planned involving them.
- Right of rectification: it is the User's right to have their personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or, taking into account the purposes of the processing, incomplete.
- Right of erasure ("the right to be forgotten"): it is the User's right, provided that current legislation does not establish otherwise, to have their personal data deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; the User has withdrawn their consent to the processing and there is no other legal basis for it; the User objects to the processing and there is no other legitimate reason to continue it; the personal data has been processed unlawfully; the personal data must be deleted in compliance with a legal obligation; or the personal data has been obtained as a result of a direct offer of information society services to a minor under the age of 14. In addition to deleting the data, the Data Controller, taking into account available technology and the cost of its implementation, must take reasonable steps to inform those responsible for processing the personal data of the data subject's request to delete any link to that personal data.
- Right to restriction of processing: it is the User's right to restrict the processing of their personal data. The User has the right to obtain a restriction on processing when they contest the accuracy of their personal data; the processing is unlawful; the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data, but the User needs it to make a claim; and when the User has objected to the processing.
- Right to data portability: in the event that the processing is carried out by automated means, the User will have the right to receive their personal data from the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller. Where technically feasible, the Data Controller will transmit the data directly to the other controller.
- Right to object: it is the User's right not to have their personal data processed, or to have the processing by FabelTales halted.
- Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling: this is the User's right not to be subject to an individual decision based solely on automated processing of their personal data, including profiling, unless applicable legislation establishes otherwise.
Thus, the User may exercise their rights through written communication addressed to the Data Controller with the reference "GDPR-fabeltales.com," specifying:
- The User's name and surname, and a copy of their ID document. In cases where representation is permitted, identification of the person representing the User, as well as the document accrediting the representation, will also be required in the same way. The photocopy of the ID document may be replaced by other legally valid means of proving identity.
- A request stating the specific reasons for the request or the information you wish to access.
- An address for notification purposes.
- The date and signature of the applicant.
- Any document proving the request being made.
